Terms of Use

The short version

VerifyHabit is a monthly membership. Month one is full price; from month two your price is set by what the app could verify about your consistency. Payments run through Apple, you can cancel anytime, and we don't do tricks — not in the app, not in these terms.

The membership

• VerifyHabit is an auto-renewing monthly subscription of $4.99 per month (or your local equivalent set by Apple).
• From your second month onward, a discounted rate of $2.99, $1.99 or $0.99 may apply for the next cycle if your verified weekly consistency meets the thresholds shown in the app. The discount is applied as an App Store promotional offer, one cycle at a time, and must be re-earned each cycle.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Prices shown in the app are in EUR; Apple sets equivalent prices for other storefronts. If we change the base price, Apple will ask for your consent where required.

How verification works — and its limits

VerifyHabit only counts what it can verify from device signals (HealthKit, Screen Time events, the morning alarm, motion). That is the product's promise, and it cuts both ways:

• If a signal is unavailable — permission revoked, no Apple Watch worn, sensors off — the affected habit shows as unverifiable and does not count. The app never fakes a green check.
• The weekly score, and therefore your next cycle's price, is computed from these verified results. Missing data on a given day can mean a worse (or no) discount for that cycle. We do not manually adjust scores.
• You agree not to feed the app falsified sensor data to obtain a discount. We may recompute or void scores that are clearly the product of manipulation.

Not medical advice

VerifyHabit is a habit tracker, not a medical device or health service. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a professional before making health decisions; you use workout, sleep and similar features at your own judgment.

Your account

• You sign in with your Apple ID (Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). This removes your data from our servers as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription — cancel it in App Store settings.
• You must be at least 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country) to use VerifyHabit.

Fair play

Don't reverse-engineer, attack or abuse the service, resell it, or use it in violation of law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Warranty and liability

VerifyHabit is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Apple's standard EULA

Where these terms are silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
